  • At Metro Conveyancing we aim to provide you with conveyancing advice such as restrictions on title, owner builder reports, and common property insurance and attend to all necessary searches with regards to the property.

    Upon receiving your instructions we will provide Section 32’s [Vendor Statements] and contracts of sale to you or your agent to assist them with the sale. After the exchange of contracts we shall attend to the preparation of a Section 27 Statement to facilitate for the earlier release of the deposit, where permissible.

    We also arrange for the discharge of mortgage(s) with your mortgagee [where necessary] and attend to all legal documentation requirements, Stamp Duty and the registration.
